We need to name the elephant in the room. When we know where the elephant
is, it’s easier to clean up! What is the elephant in the room for young
clergy? (Others have said tension between young/older clergy, pressure to
“save” the church, different world view, etc.)
10.
If you could do anything you wanted in ministry, what would you do? Dreams
you’d make a reality? New forms of ministry?

How do you take care of yourself and your family? How do you set boundaries?

Directions
1.
Pick a question and shoot a 2-minute response with a digital camera. Please
keep it to two minutes. Give us your best thoughts!
